Qualified Staff

At Aptitude, we provide our employees with extensive trans-disciplinary training and support to maximize the effectiveness of our treatments.

Our programs and therapies are individualized, taking into account each child or adult's unique challenges.  Our Behavioral Analysts draw from a range of developmental and behavioral approaches to maximize success.

Because all of our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) are closely linked to the educational realm, we are able offer a range of web-based trainings, activities, continuing education units (CEUs), and links to other powerful resources to ensure our staff offer effective treatments.
